A showcase for probably the greatest songwriter of all time, the legendary Lamont Dozier. I really dont think that there is one person on this earth that hasnt heard or been moved by one of Doziers songs. Lamont Dozier teamed up with the Holland brothers at motown in the early sixties where they churned out hundreds of tunes like Baby Love, Where Did Our Love Go, Baby I Need Your Loving, You Can't Hurry Love, Reach Out, I'll Be There, How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved By You), Stop! In The Name of Love, Love Is Like An Itching In My Heart, Heat Wave, Nowhere to Run, Bernadette, It's The Same Old Song to name but a few. This podcast focuses on Doziers solo works and to be honest could have been a few hours long, so I have chosen a few personal faves.
